Couldn't tell them apart!

Went to see Lincoln yesterday, not the beautiful city in Nebraska but the flick. Had my date Elizabeth McGovern on my hip, speaking for myself  .Underwhelmed! Everyone I know loved it so call me a Critic. It  did leave me wondering what the rest of his life was all about, basically the movie shows that politics was underhanded, ruthless, not for the light of day consumption, run by people who would do anything to get the votes they need for results that parallel their goals. Absolutely Lincoln was right to go to the lengths  they did to abolish slavery, my worry is that Obama seems to believe He  has the same path to follow for his pet projects. Another thing the movie didn't show was Lincoln constantly standing in front of people railing against the other side, Demonizeing The Otherside, he left that to his underlings I think it is best left that way.Not a coincidence Barry will be using Lincoln's Bible in his Swearing in. I couldn't see the Prompters in the scenes of Lincoln'z beautiful soliloquy's , or mention of his quick trip or Hawaii for a few weeks of vacation after the Vote. And the Many scenes of Lincoln himself going to talk to each individual Lawmakers about legislature that was important to Him,, Don't think Obama has been accused of ever doing that. Daniel Day Lewis is a strong presence on the screen for sure, sadly 54 percent of my fellow Americans would vote for him for President. Lord won't you send us a brighter Electorate!
