        Once again the world news is centered on Chester Mt. This just in "Man missing at a familiar fishing spot, Tiber Dam, Foul Play?"......Inquiring minds want to know, NO Damn it we demand to know.  Local Slueth PBOJ, know to most as Editor of our local Weekly, is on the case. This is the latest, First of all ,Let it be known I feel great empathy for his family and join them in hoping this story has a happy ending, but let's be honest this shit sells... Ok Mr Kumm was to spend the day fishing at Tiber Dam, alone, in his small boat.He notified his brotherat 6.45 AM that he was within 15 minutes of launching his dingy. At 7.10 AM his boat was detected floating empty some 50 yards off  the end of the boat launch..... Kumm's pickup had been parked in the Marina Parking lot , some of his things were in the boat, but not all......So this is where we are no body has been found, as far as we know no other people were around the area at the time,the search goes on...Let's imagine the possible scenarios, He slipped in setting sail, hit his head and the infamous Tiber Monster grabbed him and it was over.....one of the Lowlifes who hang around Marinas hit him over the head and fillet him....or this is the one I'm leaning towards Mr. Kumm had a SWEETY who followed him there and helped him leave his life behind, right there on the shore of Lake Elwell, with a rather well planned get away. As time passes one has to believe that "Betting on the Kumm" ....(a craps reference)..would be the safe Bet...
