sure as Hell He popped up

      A few days ago Mr Kumm surfaced 35 feet off the end of the boat launch, he was submerged in only 15 feet of water.So much for the scuba divers and sonar , Hell the local kids were casting lures trying to snag him. I do feel bad for casting a shadow over his disappearance, especially when the AP called me for my sources , and I told them it was an intuition, as it turned out it was just my imagination running away with me.I promised an Obit so here goes .     By all accounts Mr. Kumm was a pretty decent guy, sure as Hell didn't deserve to drown in Tiber, but then again we don't really know him at all. He might have been a real douche. As in most cases a persons life is left to be glorified by relatives who for the most part the day before he died were kind of HoHum about Mr. Kumm. What? Too soon? Come  on people die every day, do something for a loved one tonight that if they were to go to the bottom of Tiber tomorrow, you would feel that they knew how you really felt about them. I dare you.   Rest In Peace Mr. Kumm
