Is this racist?

  A Muslim, a Liar and a Kenyan walk into a bar. Bartender says "What'll you have Mr  President?"A little to harsh? I think not. That joke came from an Irishman with a drinking problem.  So a man walks into a bar in Shelby mt. goes up to a man sitting on a bar stool, says, are you the dogcatcher?  Answer "Why yes I am."  First man pulls out a large caliber pistol, shoots said dog catcher dead .  And in the process ,bullit travels thru  him and into the next patron . Also killing him.     No punch line, happened same year 1956, as Deputy Fossen was killed. THe innocent victim, one Gordon Lyle from , You guessed it Joplin Mt. home town of Fossen. Now that is how we role on "The Hi-Line Bitch"  don't you go messing with my dog
